Tantra is a “mystic” and ancient and empirical way full of wisdom that is dedicated to our self-fulfilment. It culminated between the VIIth and XIIIth century B.C in the kingdom of Oddyâna in Kashmir. The highest and the most accomplished tradition seems to be the tantric non-dual Shivaïsm of the Kaula tradition, based on the Bhairavâgamas.
Due to the Sanskrit texts are practices and speculations academic and literate. By the way they are initiatory and secret. The texts enable us nowadays an access to that knowledge. The most famous is called Vijnana-Bhairava and allows us nowadays to have access to them. Nevertheless the authors of Tantra strived to spread their knowledge in a hard way to understand for people that do not get the key. Even a careful reader would not discover the path to liberation without the help of a master. The Tantra or Agamas are indeed versified works and subject to strict versification rules, sometimes not clear at all.
That’s why it is important to find a master, to read the sacred texts and to practice regularly.
A translation from the Sanskrit language, where does come from the word Tantra, would describe it as “frame”, “grid”, “tools for liberation and expansion”. Let’s talk about methodes dedicated to the expansion of consciousness. The Vijnana-Bhairava distinguishes between two sorts : one sharpening the vigilance of the attention and the sensitivity, another one breaking the automatism of the natural functions and separating the impressions by depriving them of their usual environment.
Osho described it as being “a pure and amoral indian science based on scientific methods which goal is to change your mind and to reach the mindfulness of your sensoriality as well as the continuous quivering“.
According to D. ODIER “the art of acknowledge the majesty of life in every manifestation“. “In tantrism, nothing may be forbidden, nothing may be advised.”
E. BARET added that “to be available, the art of celebrating the ultimate in the daily life, a way of feeling the bonds of unity between every living being, to get closer to the cosmic rules“.
To live here and now, according to non-duality and welcome every passion, every emotion, every feeling, every desire, every thought, every action. The tantric way is inclusive : each situation and each people that we met offer a way to learn. Let’s clear the body and let’s enjoy our 5 senses, the mental aspect is a tool.
Tantra is governed by the principle Shiva/Shakti; Consciousness/Energy, the origin of the Universe and the human beings.
I wish to keep the traditional essence of the tantric teaching and adapt it to our daily contemporary life.
“The practices are lived and thought : these are acts that have to be taken in full. That totality is experimented through the body : there is an experience, a vision experienced by the body.”

I used to do the following practices among the tantric exploration that I did :
